Where should we meet?

We will meet at TN25 4NP https://maps.app.goo.gl/2YoqQhYfkeResABW8 (the layby on the A20 just leaving Ashford after Orchard Heights roundabout) at 5:45 PM, and walk together to a quiet woodland spot.

We will ease into gentle warm-ups followed by a walking or sitting meditation, then a closing circle, finishing by 7pm.

Please bring a camping chair or anything you need to feel comfortable sitting or walking outdoors. Dress for the weather and wear sturdy shoes suitable for woodland walking. You might like to bring a bottle of water or a flask of warming drink.

I have mobility issues - can I still attend?

Everyone is welcome and will need to take responsibility for your own health and comfort. The session/s involve walking outdoors and sitting or walking for an extended period. The terrain is uneven and hilly. Contact Katy for more information about accessible events.
