Outdoor Theatre: The Emperor’s New Clothes by Hans Christian Andersen
Thu 10 August 2017, 15:00 – 17:00 BST
The Emperor is a lovely man, but he’s not the best judge of character. What keeps him sane is the monthly Grand Parade at which he wears his newest outfit. When two swindlers offer him the ability to identify competence by making him clothes which only the wise can see, what price will he have to pay? Will he end up losing his crown jewels? When someone spins a yarn must everyone be taken in? All will be revealed in Illyria’s cheekiest ever show!
NB - there is NO nudity in the production
