Event description

Description

The Emperor is a lovely man, but he’s not the best judge of character. What keeps him sane is the monthly Grand Parade at which he wears his newest outfit. When two swindlers offer him the ability to identify competence by making him clothes which only the wise can see, what price will he have to pay? Will he end up losing his crown jewels? When someone spins a yarn must everyone be taken in? All will be revealed in Illyria’s cheekiest ever show!

NB - there is NO nudity in the production

Created and perfomed by Illyria, an Equity Outdoor Touring Guidelines compliant company

Please bring along a rug/chair and picnic for the perfomance, which is performed outside in the enclousre, so wrap up warm!
