Stuart Munro

Stuart Munro Is A Chartered Psychologist and HCPC registered Sports Psychologist. He has extensive experience working with elite athletes, national sports teams as well as senior corporate executive and teams, and has a proven track record of delivering impact. With 25 years involved in high-performance sport, first as a semi-pro rugby player, then head coach of a ski race team, to becoming a performance psychologist he knows the demands of high-performance environments and how to deal with them. His extensive and unique research, over 8 years, has successfully shown that performance psychology frameworks of mental skills training used with elite athletes, can be translated to corporate executives and their environments.
