The Evening Program 7-9 pm
6.30 pm Arrive, park your car, walk to the secret field and build a Yoga nest.
6.30 pm Please arrive in silence
7 pm Intro and Grounding works begin,
7.15 pm Yoga Nidra practice
8 pm Chaka cleanse,
8.15 pm Woodland tree visualisation
8.30 pm Coming back to the earth's body and the outside world
8.30 pm Cacao with oat milk and spice, a gift from Mother Earth
9 pm Everyone goes home

Blanket, duvet, and sleeping bag; it is essential to stay warm during the practice
Pillow for your head, eye pillow, or blackout, warm clothing and socks, hats, and Gloves

What is Yoga Nidra
Yoga Nidra, often referred to as "yogic sleep," is a powerful relaxation technique that originated from ancient yogic practices. Its history dates back thousands of years to ancient India. In my practice, I incorporate elements of nature into visualisation and sensory awareness. We are the trees; we are rooted, and all the Mother Earth extends through our bodies into the Earth, symbolising grounding and stability.

Getting there and Parking
We have booked the secret field at the back of their site,
So a tiny amount of walking is involved; we ask that people's car share if possible. When you arrive at the site, please go down the dirt road past the cricket club to the Brown gate. One of the wellderness team will greet you and help you park; a second steward will show you into the secret field. If you get lost, please tell the WhatsApp Group is so they can help you get there,

I am qualified to be a yoga instructor in India. Practising Yoga for many years with her instructor, Liz Warrington, in the style of Vanda Scaravelli, inspired by a gentle approach to Yoga and deep Grounding Practice. I have practised meditation for 20 years and taught meditation and breathwork for children and adults for 15 years.
2021
I Trained as a Yoga Nidra facilitator, helping adults let go into deep conscious rest or sleep, practising tracing our body parts around all participants, building a Nedra Nest and getting cosy.
2023
I trained as a shamanic journey facilitator, giving people a more profound practice of all the different realms we can work in when not inside our minds and Body. The training supports and offers a new element to the Nedra practice in 2023

Forested bathing, takes people out to the Forest and gives them space to become closer to Mother Earth and the Ground, helping people tune into nature with the simple sounds of the Forest and all that it has to offer, Breathwork happens before the deep forest bath experience. gives
