Experienced practitioners in private, voluntary and independent Early Years settings and schools.
Staff must be qualified to level 3 and be a room leader, or a leader and manager in an Early Years Setting. Staff in Foundation units in schools are also welcome to attend.
Supporting practitioner’s confidence to meet the needs of boys in Early Years through active, risk-taking and first hand experiences
Developing an enabling environment (both physical and emotional) which will support boys’ learning
Understanding the role of the adult in enabling boys’ learning and development
Inspiring boys’ literacy development
The day will also consider planning in the moment as the best way to capitalise on a child's engagement (with whatever captures their interest).
A tiered pricing structure applies to this event - please select only the appropriate ticket level when booking:
Early Years Settings within Nottinghamshire: £50
Schools within Nottinghamshire: £75
Out-of-County (including Nottingham City): £100.
Payment can only be made via Eventbrite payable upon booking using debit/credit card.
If you fail to attend a course you have booked on without cancelling your place via your Eventbrite account more than five working days prior to the event your fee will be non-refundable.
