Carol is an experienced teacher and has been making and researching corn dollies for several years. She is a member of, and the information officer for, the Guild of Straw Craftsmen and is a holder of their Craftsman's Award. She is also a Member of the Basketmakers' Association and the Heritage Crafts Association where corn dolly making is officially listed as at the risk of extinction!
There'll be a short refreshment break during the session - tea or coffee included!
The Marigold Centre offers a small number of car parking spaces, with nearby on-street parking. It also has a bus stop for the 71 & 71A just outside.
