Spine Flow is a guided exercise based on the Spiral Stabilisation method, designed to correct muscle imbalances caused by a sedentary lifestyle or poor posture. It helps restore the natural strength and mobility of the muscles along your back and stabilises your spine.
Led by Marketa, a certified Spiral Stabilisation therapist, an experienced fitness instructor and founder of Moving with Markie (www.movingwithmarkie.com) who will individualise support for the participants. Each session is delivered with passion, expertise and care for your spine health.
Simple elastic equipment is used from a standing position for this exercise class which is comfortable and easy to use. Individual guidance will be given for your own specific issuses.

The Marigold Centre offers a small number of car parking spaces, with nearby on-street parking. It also has a bus stop for the 71 & 71A just outside.
