Join artist Carl Gent and curator Phoebe Cripps in a guided tour of sites around Bexhill that directly fed into the artworks on show at Flatland Projects as a part of Over the fallow flood.

Looking at refictionalising the life of Cynethryth, eighth-century Queen of Mercia, Gent used both their biographical and Cynethryth's historical relationships to Bexhill to influence the materials and narrative tools that have entered the exhibition currently on show at Flatland Projects.

Curator Phoebe Cripps and Gent will lead a guided tour of key sites - St. Peter's Church in the Old Town; Bexhill Museum; the residence of Kate Marsden; and Flatland Projects among others as they discuss the project as a whole.
