Michelle is a qualified sleep consultant and specialises in neurodivergent children and young people. She transforms families lives by improving their sleep. Michelle supports parents online across the UK and worldwide. She is regularly invited to speak in schools and to other health professionals. She has provided specialist sleep education and training to staff at Great Ormond Street Hospital and Barnardo’s children’s charity.
