Overcoming Fear & Anxiety in Kensington – 4-week Mindfulness Course with Buddhist Monk Gen Kelsang Gomchen
Mindfulness training has been practised for thousands of years and has many applications that can help to solve the problems faced within our busy modern lives. One of the biggest internal struggles faced today is an almost constant level of fear and anxiety. By learning to be mindful of special ways of thinking we can directly address the underlying cause of this restless mind, learn effective tools to deal with these emotions when they do arise and attain a state of fearlessness that empowers us to become a source of great benefit to others.
