This will be an interactive, guided session that helps aspiring founders to understand and work through their fears, and take action to address them in order to confidently launch their business.

This session is suitable for both sole founders and founding teams, and is particularly relevant for those who haven’t yet launched their business or started working on it full time.

You will leave this session equipped with a 4-step framework and a set of tools to identify, overcome and manage the fears holding you back from launching your business and making it a success.

Our Host

This session is hosted by Claudine Adeyemi - CEO and Founder of CareerEar

Claudine is a multi-award winning lawyer and entrepreneur. She read law at UCL and practiced law at a top London law firm. In 2014, Claudine founded The Student Development Co., a non-profit ​providing career-related support to young people. Claudine also founded CareerEar, a site empowering people to make informed career choices with a unique feature enabling career-seekers to ask questions to industry professionals. Claudine is also in-house counsel at Wefarm, a trustee for the Employers’ Network for Equality and Inclusion (enei) and a WEF Global Shaper. In May 2018, Claudine was listed as the EMpower #1 Future Leader as presented by the Financial Times.

Claud is an award-winning entrepreneur, board member, and executive coach. He started his first business at the age of 17 organising sports training camp and tournaments. He then went on to start his own media studio and creative agency. He is now known for his current start-up company Dream Nation, with the goal of blending human elements such as creativity and community with technology such as big data and AI to revolutionise the personal development industry. Claud has also served as the enterprise advisor for Loughborough and Birkbeck universities, is a Board Director within the NHS, and is the ambassador for the British Dyslexia Association.
