This short series of meditation classes, aim to equip us with all the tools necessary to maintain a peaceful & positive mind amidst the busyness of the festive season and beyond. Each class will consist of two guided meditations and a short talk on how to integrate practical advice derived from Buddha’s teachings into daily life.
James is an experienced meditation teacher with over 20 years’ experience. He is appreciated for his warmth, clarity and ability to present the teachings in a way that is both accessible and profound.
Wed 30th - Staying calm & clear
In this class learn how to maintain a peaceful mind amidst the hectic pace of the festive season. James will explore how to be more mindful of our interactions with others and keep our mind positive.
Wed 7th - Working with life challenges
The Christmas period can often throw up pressure and unwanted circumstances, as well as family conflicts. This class will explore how to work with this constructively and keep your peace.
Wed 14th - The Joy of Giving
This final class will explore the authentic practice of generosity- focusing on developing a loving mind towards others and giving from the heart.
