About this event

Building on research undertaken into public sector collaborative working in foresight, this session will address the context of collaborative working, what we mean by partnering / collaborating, explore how to conduct effect collaboration by using the Collaboration Cycle, and how we assess collaborative working opportunities.

Objectives

  • To differentiate between different types of collaborative working and their attributes
  • Learn about the Collaboration Cycle and how it informs effective collaborative working
  • The requirements to develop, lead and manage effective collaborations

We are unable to offer spaces to other colleagues after late cancellations, therefore non-attendance is a cost to the department and takes the opportunity from other colleagues.
