About this event
You’ve got the skills, the ideas, and the drive, so why does it still feel like you’re faking it?
Imposter syndrome can sneak in even when things are going well.
It whispers things like - "who are you to say you can help people", or "are you really qualified to do this?" even "you think people should pay you for this?" you can start to be worried you will be 'found out' or 'called out' as a fraud.
This practical, empowering workshop is designed to help you:
- Understand where imposter syndrome really comes from (and why it’s not your fault)
- Spot the hidden beliefs that keep you stuck in self-doubt
- Learn tools to shift your inner narrative and reclaim your confidence
- Connect with like-minded entrepreneurs who get what it’s like
If you’re ready to stop second-guessing yourself and start stepping into your role as the powerful, capable person you already are, this workshop is for you.
About the Speaker
Having worked with clients for over 18 years Margaret Sinclair is an experienced and successful therapist. Initially training and practicing as an Osteopath, she witnessed the power of the mind in helping people experience less pain and heal faster.
So powerful were the results that when she got arthritis her next direction was clear – help people by using the power of their mind.
Margaret is qualified and experienced in helping people using Hypnotherapy, Emotional Freedom Technique, Mindfulness, CBT and Life Coaching. She uses the knowledge and techniques of these therapies, along with years of experience, to create unique solutions to individual’s problems. This can be in the form of working with people 1-2-1 or by delivering workshops to groups, online and in-person.
Specialist areas Margaret loves include, stress and anxiety, building self-confidence, removing limiting beliefs, self-care, neurodiversity, and more.
Margaret’s business is called Mind Tamers, as she helps people tame their mind.
This is an in-person event at BIPC, 1st floor of Jubilee Library, Brighton.
