Where is the event and how do I get there?

The Dunsilly Hotel is located just off the Main Transport Networks at Junction One in Antrim. Close to the M2, the hotel is easily accessible from anywhere is County Antrim. It is also situated only 10 minutes from Belfast International Airport.

What are the parking arrangements?

Yes, there is on-site parking facilities as well as accessible parking.

Is accommodation provided?

Accepted Answer

Accommodation will not be provided by Overcoming MS. Please call the hotel on 028 9446 2929 if you wish to stay at the hotel as part of your visit to the event. If you say you are attending the event, a discount will be applied.

Is the venue accessible?

Accepted Answer

The room is situated on the ground floor adjacent to the rest rooms and directly facing the main door in the reception area so is very accessible.

Question 5

Will there be photography?

Accepted Answer

There will be photography on the day, however if you do not wish to be included in this, please email events@overcomingms.org before the event to let us know. We will be handing out stickers to those who do not wish to have their picture taken at the event.

Is this a catered event?

Accepted Answer

Water, coffee and tea will be freely available at the event, but this is not a catered event.

Do I need to follow all of the Overcoming MS Program to attend the Pop-Up event?

This event is open to everyone who is interested in a healthy lifestyle approach for MS, whether you're already following the Overcoming MS Program or looking to get started and wanting to find out more.

Why is there a suggested donation?

Accepted Answer

As Overcoming MS is a charity, we receive no statutory funding. By donating a suggested £20 to contribute to the cost of your place, you will enable us to continue delivering in-person activities across the UK. Please note that this donation is optional.

Question 9

Can I bring another person with me on the day?

You are very welcome to bring a plus one who may be interested in the Pop-Up event. The venue has a maximum capacity for attendees so please ensure you have obtained a ticket for them as well as yourself.

What if I can't make it after buying a ticket?

Accepted Answer

Please cancel your ticket via Eventbrite or email events@overcomingms.org so that another person can benefit from attending the Pop-Up event.
