About this Event

Everyone faces difficult conversations within themselves and negative thoughts, with 1 in 4 of us suffering from mental health related issues. The focus on yoga, mindfulness and relaxation has increased, though it still seems to be an unattainable lifestyle or mindset for many.

As a business leader or entrepreneur you are surrounded by constant information which leads you to search, analyse and compare. Surely, negative thoughts can’t be great for future productivity.

This workshop is your step away from the negative and into real life worked and proven examples, which you can start implementing from the moment you leave. This workshop has been created through the speaker's own personal relationship with negative thoughts and examples of how to overcome them with training or guidance on how to structure, present or deliver these.

In this interactive session, we will touch on associated topics such as confidence, imposter syndrome, communication styles and delve into personalities, diversity and differences - in order to learn how to deal with difficult conversations. Become self aware of your thought patterns limiting you and implement positive change to help you progress in your life.

Through a series of exercises, theories and examples, participants will learn how to deal with negative thoughts and overcome them confidently. There will be a series of group, pair and individual exercises. Upon completion of this workshop, participants will have actionable strategies for leveraging strengths and addressing challenge areas.

Please note, there is no parking at Westmont Enterprise Hub/University of West London due to building works. There is metered parking around the Univeristy, however, we highly recommend you to travel by public transport. Nearest tube stations are Ealing Broadway and South Ealing – both 10minutes walk to the Hub.
