OWL Training is a training method that helps you take your wildest dreams and make them into a reality. Through our unique combination of mental and physical activity, our training will arm you with the knowledge and skill to create lasting changes in your life, such as less stress, more productivity, or a boost in overall happiness.

In this 90 minute taster session, we will break down the 3 core principles of OWL Training: Commitment, Ownership, and Playfulness, and how you can implement and maximize these principles in your daily life, unleashing the power of Peak Performance. We will also reflect on what tools you can personally use throughout your daily routine in order to utilize the state of mind associated with Peak Performance to free yourself from negative and stagnating thoughts or behaviours.

This is a class is not about teaching the world how to dance. It is about sharing with our friends ways to dance with the world and enjoy every single tune thrown at them.
