About Monika:
Monika Vijh is a transformational coach and facilitator. Her vision is to support individuals and groups to connect with a sense of aliveness to create a life that they love waking up to. Monika grew up in India and trained as an architect. After dedicating herself to home and motherhood, she reinvented her career to reflect the calling for ‘deeper connections’. "I’m here to support you to shift from stuckness, stagnation to clarity, confidence and inspired action living a life of authentic and playful expression in your work and relationships." Thalbir has worked with startups, social enterprises and multinational companies on communications and business development and is founder of Breath & Being Yoga. She is a mental health peer support mentor, drawing upon her own experiences with depression. Based in the UK, Thalbir loves to spend time in nature, writing in her journal and dancing.
