Improving staff wellbeing at work can help boost your organisation’s productivity, reduce lost working days and improve your staff recruitment and retention.  However it’s difficult to know where to start to design and implement a wellbeing strategy that works for your company.  Where do you start?  What are your goals?

Deborah Astles designed a wellbeing strategy from scratch to implementation at Unipart; she will share tips about where to start, how to go about it, how to implement, and the benefits for Unipart’s staff – and Unipart – from a successful strategy in operation.
