Helping TV professionals to think strategically about diversity, inclusion and bias.
This half-day workshop will help producers working in TV to enagage with new disabled talent for a job posting, and feel more confident when discussing disability.
Specific topics will include:

Talking disability – taking the anxiety away from saying the wrong thing

Advertising – supplying documents in accessible formats

Interview stage – discussing access requirements

Reasonable adjustments in the workplace - what does this mean ?

Access to Work – how it can help you and the employee
We will also explore case studies.
