What time does the workout start!

The arrival time is 1pm , the workout will begin around 1.30pm. This will allow everyone to connect with people in the space.

Are there changing rooms?

There are two changing cubicles equipped with a shower and toilet for usage. There are other two separate toilet spaces

Will this workout have running?

Yes! we are a run club and a very small portion of our workout will include a very short run, up to 400m at a very slow and comfortable pace.

Will there be parking?

Parking will be the same as our last event space (Sainsburys nine elms & waitrose) be careful of driving straight into the location as the area itself is within the congestion zone.
