We took a step back to rework our approach and ensure that what we deliver isn’t just another sweat session. At runnpac, our mission has always been clear: to help you perform at your best and improve by 1% every day.
If we’re chasing excellence on race day — whether that’s a marathon, a HYROX, or your own personal best — then our training sessions need to reflect that same level of intention and intensity.
That’s why we’ve stripped things back and rebuilt Pacworq from the ground up.
Expect a comprehensive strength and conditioning experience — one designed to develop the movement, mobility, and power you need to perform where it counts.
