On 18th September between 5.30pm – 6.45pm, we are offering free Paddleboard yoga session in partnership with Paddleboarding London.
Swap your yoga mat for a paddleboard and float peacefully in Merchant Square in the downward dog position. Yoga on the water gives you an additional challenge to the traditional kind, exposing you to elements that forces you to maximise your core stability. No previous experience is necessary and people of all levels are welcome.
- What do I wear? You can wear your usual yoga clothing and bring a change of clothes just in case. Buoyancy aids are available.
- Where do I go? Classes will begin at Paddleboarding London by the Rolling Bridge. This is just beyond the GoBoat multicolour kiosk. If you get lost, ask a member of the team in green to direct you to Paddleboarding London.
- I’ve never been on a Paddleboard or practiced Yoga. Can I still join? Absolutely! People at all levels are welcome, and different versions of the exercises will be provided to allow you to get the most out of your session.

- Please noted participants must be 15 years of age or older
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the session to allow time for signing the consent form and safety briefing upon arrival.
- Classes are free to attend and a maximum of two tickets per person is available.
- Classes are available on a first come first served basis and spaces are limited. If you can no longer attend, please cancel your class at least 48 hours in advance to allow others to join the class. No shows may be denied booking future classes.
