Learn the basics of canoeing in a safe environment on the Rochdale canal.

We will teach various techniques to control the craft, basic safety and also do some litter picking on the water.

Please wear appropriate clothing and be prepared for any weather. A wetsuit would be preferable but not essential. However, closed footwear is essential and waterproofs are advised.

buoyancy aids and helmets will be provided.

All participants must be over 12 years of age

(under 18's must be accompanied by an adult)
