Hi, I’m Annette Bradley, and after over 40 years in the NHS (yes, I started when we used calculations written on a tongue depressor to regulate IV drips!) I’ve seen just about everything — from the snuffly baby with a cold to the child who just doesn’t look right.

This hybrid course was born from years of real-world experience in urgent care and general practice — where the presentations are rarely textbook, the time is tight, and the stakes feel high. In collaboration with Dr. Priscilla Norgren, GP, the self-learning part of the course is easy to follow and packed with information.

This isn’t just another “minor illness” course. We’ll cover the common stuff, of course — but more importantly, we’ll talk about what to watch out for, when to worry, and how to make safe, confident decisions when you’re not quite sure.
