About this event

Our sessions are designed to provide relief for people suffering with any kind of chronic or mild pain, daily stiffness, aches or tension. This can also include tension & pain caused by high levels of stress, grief or a long term illness.

We are an experienced & qualified duo of an occupational therapist and a health coach who work with a mind body approach and use tools of movement, breath work & relaxation to focus on decreasing pain through nervous system regulation.

These tools are scientifically proven to be very successful in pain management & we want to help you in applying them to your lives.

These combined techniques increase circulation, improve posture & range of motion.

They are shown to lower blood pressure & increase vagal tone, creating & enhancing deep relaxation with in the body.

We will guide you to induce feelings of calmness working on decreasing both your pain & your response to pain.

The slowness of this style of session really allows the mind and body to connect, this increases our feel good neurotransmitters which intern decreases pain markers in the body.

Our sessions are designed for all ages & abilities & can be practiced on a chair or on a mat.

Come along and join us for an hour where you can truly unwind, let go & release.

*Please note that there is a flight of stairs to access the room that we take our classes in, if you find stairs difficult there is a chair lift that can be used but we politely ask that you allow time to use this on arrival please.
