Is the building accessible?

There is a sloped ramp to the entrance of the building and good access inside. Disabled facilities are available.

There is a car park on Dean's Cross, free for 2 hours. Just pop your registration number into the machine to validate your free parking.

The Cricket Club pavilion is on Dean Cross Rd, behind the car park and beside the park.

In the 2 hour session we provide community support and give you skills to self manage your chronic pain, based on 10 principles of pain management. We are joined by Meryn for some gentle stretching and breathing exercises.
