Living with persistent pain can be challenging, but you don’t have to face it alone. Pain Café is a friendly, welcoming space where you can meet others who understand what you’re going through.

Join us for:

• Informal chats and peer support
• Practical tips for managing pain day-to-day
• Information about local services and resources
• A safe, understanding environment

Each week we’ll focus on a different pain-related topic, such as fatigue, mental health, medication, movement and nutrition.

Whether your pain is new or something you’ve been managing for years, you’re welcome to come along, share experiences and find support.

Exclusively for Rushcliffe 18 + residents registered with a Rushcliffe GP. Only one booking is permitted per person. Additional bookings may be cancelled to ensure fairness.
