Paint 2 Create Art Club

To register interest for a programme at your child's school, please get in touch.
A chance to explore new art forms and techniques with resident artist Paulette McKoy.
Through this high quality, after school six-week programme ‘The Art of Abstraction’, children are encouraged to explore and express themselves through art in what promises to be an exciting, fun and safe enviroment.
The programme is designed to help improve a child’s confidence and personal skills through a variety of creative processes.
Children will learn:
The basic elements of abstract art and the importance of colour, the different moods and symbolisms and the science behind the mixing of colour
How to develop an awareness of the mathematical knowledge of geometric and organic shapes
The language of art and its meaning
The experience of transforming their work space into a gallery setting and viewed by an audience
Week 1 April 18th: Introduction: The Art of Abstraction
Week 2 April 25th: Colour Moods
Week 3 May 2nd: Music and Art
Week 4 May 9th: Colour Shapes and Sizes
Week 5 May 16th: Preparing for Exhibition
Week 6 May 23rd: Art Exhibtion
Children will need to sign up for the whole project, charging £20 per child paying for five weekly sessions but receving six. All materials will be provided.

What's the refund policy?
Fees are non-refundable except when Paint2Create cancels a class. If enrollment does not meet minimum capacity to run classes, you will be notified at least one week in advance.
If your child is unable to attend due to illness, arrangements will be made to schedule them onto a programme at a later date.
