Paint & Picnic in the Park

In this gentle Paint & Picnic session, you’ll be guided through creating your own expressive watercolour sunflowers painting — no prior experience needed.

As you paint, you’ll enjoy your personal picnic in the fresh air, surrounded by the calming sights and sounds of the park. This isn’t just about making art, it’s about slowing down, reconnecting with yourself, and embracing mindful relaxation.

By the end of the session, you’ll leave with a unique painting to cherish, plus a refreshed sense of calm and wellbeing.

We'll find a shaded spot amongst the trees to set up, relax and paint in the outdoors.

Whilst children are welcome to join, the art course is aimed primarily at adults and is not suitable for children under 12. Children must be supervised at all times.
