Chris Duffett

Join Chris Duffett and guests in an interactive training day in using the arts in evangelism.

Chris is a creative story teller, artist, author and poet who founded The Light Project (www.lightproject.org.uk) a growing network of people across the UK who love to reveal Jesus to those who have yet to make any sense of him. His latest book ‘Philip’ is a novel about the evangelist from the book of Acts.

He is former President of the Baptist Union of Great Britain and is part of Cambourne Church, a Local Ecumenical Partnership Church.

Chris currently serves as the city centre chaplain in Peterborough, and trains others in community outreach all over the UK.

Chris has been regularly painting in cafes and pubs for the last 4 years. He has painted hundreds of pictures to bring good news in powerful ways. As well as sharing the theory of how and why he uses the arts in evangelism Chris will give hands on help in guiding you to produce some pictures for those who need hope.

Come and be inspired as well as have a go at painting/ making/ drawing and practice hearing the voice of God.
