A moderator is always present to hold the space and guide the flow of discussion.We care deeply about how we communicate: we stay curious, avoid judgment, and make room for everyone to speak. While we value open dialogue and even working through conflict, we do not tolerate harmful or disrespectful behaviour, this is a space built on care and trust.

• Camera on! This is a must in our community, exactly as you would show your face when you go to a networking event, here we want to know with who we are speaking and create real conncetion.
• Sessions are recorded. If you feel uncomfortable, please come and speak with us.
