Palaeography Day Course: How to read old handwriting.

This is a course for people interested in learning how to read the old handwriting to be found in archival documents.

The course, to be held at the Clevedon Library, will focus on English documents from the 17th to the 19th centuries. The course is suitable for people starting to use original documents held in record offices for family, house and local history research.
