We would like to invite you to attend a free webinar led by Ann Wellock, Senior Account Manager at PAM Assist, our current Employee Assistance Programme provider. They will talk you through the service provision, the benefits of using EAP and how you can access them. They will also provide helpful tips on how to take care of your wellbeing. This webinar is especially timely as we transition back into campus life and findings ways of taking care of our mental wellbeing. There will be plenty of time at the end for you to ask any questions you have.

The sessions will be held via MS Teams on the following date sand times:

• Wednesday 6th October at 12 pm.
