Event Description
Pamoja Men’s Group is a weekly online safe space for Black, African, Caribbean and Mixed Heritage men to connect, share experiences, and talk openly about the challenges faced in society today.
This is a supportive and respectful environment where men can speak freely, be heard, and build community. Through open discussions and group-based activities, we explore topics such as identity, mental health, relationships, work, masculinity, and navigating social pressures.
Whether you feel confident speaking or prefer to listen, all are welcome.

Who This Is For
This group is open to:
Black men (African, Caribbean & Mixed Heritage)
Ages 18+
You do not need any prior experience to attend.
How to Join
Places must be registered via Eventbrite in advance
Once registered, you will receive full joining instructions before the session

- This is a confidential and respectful space
- Cameras are essential (until the group is established)
- You can participate as much or as little as you feel comfortable
- Zero tolerance for discrimination or disrespect
