This panel session (co-hosted by Ovinto and the European Space Agency's program Space4Rail) will explore how satellite data, AI, and IoT can and are revolutionising rail operations, through enhanced predictive maintenance and enabling smarter, more connected infrastructure. The discussion will also consider the importance of developing the right skills to support innovation in this space, drawing on insights from the Rail Innovation Group’s recent report, Skills Beyond Scale.
