Bonnie Low-Kramen

We are thrilled to introduce our speaker who many of you know very well. Bonnie Low-Kramen is one of the most outspoken and respected advocates for Executive Assistants around the world. Bonnie has spoken in

14 countries and is committed to ending workplace bullying and to closing the wage gap by training assistants how to make the money they deserve.

For 25 years, Bonnie worked as the Personal Assistant to Oscar winner Olympia Dukakis and she is the author of the bestseller, Be the Ultimate Assistant.

In February, she gave her first TEDx talk called The Real Reasons People Quit and her next book will be published by the end of the year. It is called Staff Matters.

Samina Azam

Samina Azam is a multi-passionate creative, skilled in social navigation, networking, public speaking, and coaching. She is continuously seeking new ways of shaping and crafting bespoke, learning experiences for her audience. Through this passion, she founded her own company Oculus Creative Learning, the foundation of which encompasses Emotional Intelligence.

With over 20 years of corporate experience, she has worked at GlaxoSmithKline, BP Chemicals, Coca-Cola European Partners and contracted at both Microsoft and Google. During her time at GlaxoSmithKline and Coca-Cola European Partners she created and delivered an award-winning EA Conference and had words such as ‘my rock’ and ‘guardian angel’ attributed to her.

Sarah Howson

Sarah is a PA/EA professional with over twenty years of C Suite level experience. She began her journey straight from university assisting the CEO of a small start-up semiconductor company, before moving to a FTSE250 international oil and gas support services company, where she supported both the CEO and the CFO.

Sarah's talent for building relationships and connecting people, as well as her extensive EA experience is a great foundation for launching Strategic PA Recruitment.

Natasha Manku

Natasha has been an Executive Assistant for over 15 years, starting her career within the Television and Entertainment industry. Natasha has been lucky enough to work for some incredible brands such as The Walt Disney Company, Fox International Channels and Paramount Pictures supporting senior level execs. Six years ago, Natasha took the bold move into the world of tech, working at YouTube/ Google in London and now after 5 years at Meta (formally known as Facebook). Currently an EA at Instagram.

ABOUT THE NETWORK

Bucks, Berks and Oxon PA Network (BBO PA Network) is an active professional networking group for Personal Assistants, Executive Assistants, Virtual Assistants, Administrators and Office Managers who work or live in or around the Bucks, Berks & Oxon area. We are not county specific, anyone is welcome to attend hence our events now being organised in London!

It doesn’t matter where you are in your career journey, whether you are just starting out in the Business Support industry or are very experienced – as long as you are in a support role you are more than welcome to join our membership and attend our events.

We are an all inclusive network, we empower each other, lift each other up and support each other!

Sarah Howson founded the network 7 years ago whilst off on maternity leave. A former Executive Assistant herself, she understands how important it is to build and have a network of likeminded Assistants you can turn to for support. Marianne Whitlock is very much a people person through and through and has a interesting sales, marketing and events background as well as a huge passion for fitness.

Together, Sarah and Marianne run Strategic PA Recruitment alongside building the PA Network community. Championing the Business Support profession as well as enabling a platform to build an incredibly professional, warm and friendly network.
