About this event

What if your drawing could shine? In this workshop, you’ll combine creativity with electronics to make a picture, card, or sign that lights up using copper tape, LEDs, and batteries.

💡 What you’ll do:

  • Learn how simple electrical circuits work
  • Plan and sketch your design
  • Use copper tape to create conductive paths
  • Add LEDs and connect a coin cell battery to make it light up
  • Personalise and decorate your project to take home

🎓 Explore concepts like current, polarity, and open/closed circuits while making something colourful and unique.

👧👦 Who is it for? Perfect for ages 8+ (younger children welcome with adult help). Great for budding makers, artists, and inventors.
