Join artist Douglas Black for a structured one-day introduction to the art of papercutting. Designed for beginners and intermediate creatives, this workshop offers a calm, focused environment in which to explore both stencil-based and freehand techniques.

You’ll learn how to handle cutting tools safely and effectively, practice core techniques, and create your own framed papercut to take home. Douglas offers step-by-step guidance in an accessible, encouraging setting, supporting participants to find their own rhythm and style.

Whether you prefer working with templates or drawing freely, you’ll be supported to explore the possibilities of contrast, form, and line through this satisfying and versatile medium.

All equipment, materials, and a display frame are included.
