Frequently asked questions

Do I need to book a ticket?

Yes please! Every year our event reaches capacity, booking a ticket means we know quantities of food and activities to prepare!

Is the event free?

Yes! This is a free community event, with optional donations towards our work if you'd like to support us.

Is it family-friendly?

Absolutely. There will be children’s activities, garden games, nature crafts, and space for everyone to enjoy.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes, but we ask that you keep them on a lead and away from food preparation areas.

Will food be available?

Yes – expect delicious garden-inspired meals, wood-fired pizzas, and cakes, all made by our partners and volunteers.

Is there step-free access?

Yes – much of the garden is accessible, though some areas are uneven. Unfortunately, we do not yet have disabled toilet facilities in place. Please contact us in advance if you have specific access needs, and we’ll do our best to help.

Where is the event?

The festival takes place at Paradise Cooperative, London. Full directions and public transport options can be found on our website: https://paradisecooperative.org/visit-us/.

What happens if it rains?

We’ll continue rain or shine! There are sheltered areas on site, and we’ll adapt activities if needed.

Can I volunteer to help on the day?

We’d love that! Please get in touch via our website or email Eve at community@paradisecooperative.org.
