About this event
In the final of our 3 pairs of webinars we invite you to join us in exploring the theory of wellbeing and learning practical strategies that will enhance the wellbeing of the children we care for.
One of the consequences of the last year has been the significant impact that lockdown, covid and associated pressures have had on adult mental health.
Webinar content:
Throughout this webinar we will be drawing upon up to date evidence and examining the following:
o What is wellbeing?
o Why is adult wellbeing important for children?
o What can we do to help our own wellbeing when we are struggling / in times of stress?
o Tips and strategies we can use when our wellbeing is low and to help continue being ‘good enough’ caregivers.
Registering your place:
To be able to respond to your needs please state any questions you have on the booking page. If we can't answer them during the session we will endeavour to respond to you separately wherever possible.
