- Introduction to the Chakra System: Explore the Chakra System to help you and your child improve your overall health and well-being.
- Mindful Eating: Being fully aware of the food and drink you consume. Paying attention to the taste, texture, and sensations of what you're eating, as well as how it makes you feel.
2 hours 30 minute may seem like a long time, but with all the engaging activities time will literally fly by. Don’t miss this chance to deepen your connection with your child.
This in-person event is dedicated to fostering a safe and inviting atmosphere for you to discover the numerous benefits of mindfulness together.
You will both be gifted with a crystal each to take home.
