Parent Council Annual General Meeting

About this Event

Dear Flora's Families,

You will be made very welcome at the Parent Council AGM to be held via Microsoft Teams on Thursday 10th September. We will briefly review the past year's activities, hear from Ms McGhee, elect new officers, look at some funding requests and hear about how you can be involved in Parent Council activities.

Heidi Popovic and Rebecca Clacy-Jones are happy to continue as Chair and Co-Chair. Helen Nickerson and Ros Taylor do not plan to continue as Secretary and Treasurer. Please consider nominating yourself for contested or uncontested roles at the meeting or email us at florastevensonpc@yahoo.co.uk if you know you wish to stand so that we can run the event smoothly. All of us are happy to chat informally about our roles.

In order for the meeting to happen via Teams we need you to register in advance and provide your name, child's class(es) and email address. We are collecting your name and email address only to ensure you have all information for meeting attendance. Information will be stored in Eventbrite and used only to contact you regarding this event. Your information will not be retained for more than a week after the event.
