This is a world wide tested 8 weeks training course run by Iraj Maghounaki, certified instructor by Gordon Training International.

This requires attending 3 hours a week for 8 weeks and some practices at home.
This course is free of charge but you only pay around £30 for the book and the participant workbook which you need to practice.
