Parent Perspectives: discussing barriers working parents face

Are you a working parent, single working parent or a parent who has been forces out of the workplace due to childcare demands? This event is part of research being conducted by Culture Kind to undertsand the challeneges parents face in the workplace, this will support training that is being developed to educate employers on these difficulties and how they can support their employees. This will be an intimate informal discussion and a supportive emvironment. Melissa, founder of culture kind and single mum, had to leave her job due to childcare demands and is now on a mission to help other working parents by educating emloyers and championing for better support systems for working parents.
