Join us at South Lee Prep School for our Parent & Toddler Forest School sessions, designed for children aged 2 to 4 years. These term-time only sessions offer a wonderful opportunity to explore nature, engage in sensory activities and enjoy outdoor play in a safe and inspiring environment.


A £3.00 charge applies, which includes a hot chocolate for parent/ carer (cash payment only, made upon arrival).

The sessions are designed for children aged 2 - 4 years, accompanied by a parent or carer.

How long does each session last?

Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes, giving plenty of time for children to immerse themselves in the outdoor experience.

What should we wear?

We recommend dressing in comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy footwear. A puddle suit, hat, gloves and wellies  are a good idea, as we go ahead rain or shine!

Do I need to bring anything?

We suggest bringing a small snack and drink for your child, as well as a change of clothes in case of messy play.

What activities are included?

Children will enjoy a range of nature-based activities, including exploring the woodland, sensory play and crafts using natural materials.
