I can't attend this month. Will there be another meeting in the future?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We meet every other month (except over the Summer Holidays). Nearer the time of our next meeting, an Eventbrite link will be shared for people to book.

What happens in the meetings?

The meeting will open with introductions from everyone who is attending, and then we talk about issues facing our community. The meeting is led by you - SEND Sensation wants to hear your thoughts, experiences and feedback. The meeting will be facilitated by a member of staff from SEND Sensation.

Question 3

I'm not comfortable being in a large group. Is there another way to feedback?

We understand a group setting is not for everyone! But we'd still like to hear from you. Please email us at essexshortbreaks@sendsensation.co.uk to arrange a virtual coffee or similar to share your thoughts.

Question 4

Do you keep a record of what is discussed?

Accepted Answer

Yes. SEND Sensation will keep a note of what is discussed during Parent Voices meetings. We use this to improve what we're doing. However, you can choose to remain anonymous and we won't use anything you say publicly without your permission.
