These yoga sessions offer a gentle and fun way for parent/carer to reconnect with their bodies, bond with baby, and socialize with other parents/carers!
The yoga sessions are made up of movements, activities and exercises specifically designed to strengthen the core, pelvic floor, and back muscles of parents and carers (suitable from 6-weeks postnatally), while also including gentle stretches, touch, sound and visual interactions for the babies. The sessions are targeted for pre-crawling babies from 6 weeks old and have activities designed tailored to them.
Location: Nuneaton Library
Date: Sessions are every Wednesday, 5th November - 10th December 2025 (6 sessions)
Time: 1.30pm - 2.30pm
Cost: Free sessions (limited places available)

Your place will only be confirmed once you have completed both of these steps. By signing up, you are confirming that you can attend all 6 sessions. If you can no longer attend, we kindly ask that you cancel your booking in advance.
All necessary yoga equipment will be provided for you to use during the yoga sessions.

Sessions are aimed at all abilities and post-natal mums, so whatever physical ailments you may be struggling with these sessions will be supportive and nurturing for you to be part of.
Please note if you are pregnant, you are welcome to also attend, but please let us know in advance.
After sessions you are welcome to spend time to chat / connect with others in the group as well as ask and questions about you or your baby, and spend time in the library.
