For parents/carers to understand how emotions can influence actions and offer practical ways of guiding children.

This free 10 week course helps parents/carers of 3 - 11 year olds understand how emotions affect behaviour and offers practical ways to support children in managing their feelings.

The course will not run during February half term - No session 20th February.

Please note this course is for adults only.

You are required to be a Hertfordshire rersident and be registered with The Family Centre prior to attending the course.
