Parenting Skills Taster Sessions

About this Event
Non Violent Resistance is an effective way to equip parents to communicate and engage with their children and teenagers to assert themselves as a 'strong wise adult' without aggression to restore balance in the family.
The two-hour taster sessions will be facilitated by Vicky Rodrigues, a CAMHS expert in NVR techniques.
The taster session will enable staff to gauge what is involved to decide whether they want to commit the time to attend a full course.
The Trust will fund this for free but staff will need to be able to attend weekly sessions over a 10 week period.
